She is the author of Child Support Guidelines: Interpretation and Application (Aspen Law & Business, 1996 & supps.), the leading treatise on child support guidelines in the United States, as well as a contributing author to numerous manuals and compilations. Ms. Morgan is the Executive Editor of Divorce Litigation, is on the Board of Editors of The Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, The Family Advocate (ABA Section of Family Law), the American Journal of Family Law, and has written law review articles for New Mexico Law Review, The Family Law Quarterly, the South Carolina Law Review, and the Canadian Journal of Family Law. Her articles have also appeared in the American Journal of Family Law, Trial Magazine, The Practical Lawyer, The Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers' Association, and the Florida Bar Journal. Ms. Morgan is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and Virginia, the International Society of Family Law, and the Board of Directors of The Stepfamily Association of America. She has lectured extensively and has acted as a consultant to numerous state governments and the federal government of Canada on the issue of child support guidelines.
